MTC is a multi-destination club that offers wonderful vacation options for all categories of travellers (family, solo, group, corporate, cruises…), with a choice of quality resorts and hotels at unlimited destinations across the globe. Bundled into a membership that’s uncomplicated, simple to understand and easy to use, there is substantial savings in vacations, every year, and over the entire period of the membership. Simply said, the more the member vacations, the more he saves. That apart, there is a list of vacation features for the members that’s exclusive to the MTC membership including a complimentary travel concierge for all your travel requirements.

MTC was incorporated in the year 1998 and the developer of the club is registered and based in Hong Kong. It commenced its Indian operations in the end 2019 with the Indian offices based in Bengaluru.

MTC owns, controls and manages resorts in South East Asia and Southern Spain. These include Chateau Dale @ Pattaya, Grand Tower Inn @ Bangkok, View Talay Villas @ Pattaya, Club Maritimo and Club Playa Flores @ Malaga amongst others, and they form part of the club for use by the Members. In addition, via inventory arrangements including leased inventory, MTC has expansive B2B contracts and agreements with premier hotels and resort groups, inventory wholesalers and tier one destination management companies, MTC increases the choice of destinations and resorts/hotels available for the Member to vacation at, to an unlimited number! We are proud to offer and state that there are no vacation destination on the planet that’s not covered by the MTC vacation network, a true multi-destination club. 2. The MTC Membership – Features
Simple, straightforward and easy to use is what the MTC Membership package is all about.
The membership is valid for periods up to 30 years. Members are entitled to 7 nights of quality vacations every year. The choice of destinations in 4-star and above category hotels and resorts across the word, is unlimited.
The accommodation is graded into “Preferred” resorts and hotels comprising the 4-star+portfolio wherein the 7 nights entitlement applies. However, nothing prevents a Member from booking at a “Lux”graded resort or hotel (5-star Deluxe portfolio) for a reduced number of nights.
A choice of two accommodation sizes are available, Studio (catering to two adults and one child upto 10 years of age) and One-bedroom option (enabling occupancy upto four adults).
Members can choose from two season categories, Ruby representing high season and Sapphire representing mid&low season.
Vacation entitlements can be used by self or a duly authorised friend or family. Vacation entitlements can be postponed to a later year with a choice of clubbing two subsequent years vacations for a longer break.

MTC Members are not restricted to vacationing at a limited choice of home resorts, not restricted to limited vacation dates nor restricted to limited accommodation types at resorts, all restrictionsfor members of other clubs. Enjoy a Membership exclusive with MTC: a complimentary breakfast (buffet or fixed menu) at all destinations in India and a majority of destinations abroad. In addition MTC Members are also entitled to another exclusive, a half day sightseeing package as part of the vacation every year.

MTC Members have the unique ability to split their weekly entitlements into multiple vacations at different destinations subject to a minimum of 2 night’s stay per destination.
Affiliated with Hutchinson Trustees Ltd., based in the UK and part of the 35+ old Hutchinson Group of companies. Hutchinson oversees the MTC Membership program including collecting and distributing the membership fees paid by the Member (escrow) and ensuring that the Member is entitled to what he is legally promised as per the agreement. Transparency & Safety & Security is what every MTC Member gets!
The MTC MET (Member Experience Team) is the one stop shop for all the vacation needs of the Member: it comprises an experienced concierge team that takes care of vacation bookings, airport transfers, excursions and sight-seeing, cruises, visa assistance…you name it, we’ll deliver!

The MTC sales team will present the membership product and it’s features enabling you to choose the membership of your choice (based on the tenure, accommodation size and seasonality). The Purchase Agreement is then signed by the Member and MTC, the agreement containing all the features of the membership. The sales executive will take the Member through every clause in the agreement to ensure that they are understood and any queries arising are duly clarified when signing the agreement.
Payment options towards the membership include a bank transfer, payment via a debit or credit card (Visa, Master and Amex accepted) and MTC can arrange for a sms link provided by the bank/payment provider to make the payments.
Post signing the agreement and payment, the Member will receive a call from MTC verification team within 2 working days who will again verify the purchase and terms and conditions accompanying it. Integrity at every step…
The Member has to pay an “Annual Maintenance Charge” (AMC) to MTC. This is based on accommodation size and is currently (year 2021-22) at Rs. 14,000 per year for a Studio membership (catering to two adults and one child below 10 years of age) and Rs. 20,000 per year for the One-bedroom option (enabling occupancy upto four adults). The AMC is invoiced in the month of November prior to the year for which it’s due (e.g. AMC for year 2022 will be invoiced in November 2021 with 60 days’ time for payment of the same.) The AMC primarily covers the recurring costs of maintaining the vacation accommodation units, including provision of varied travel services to the Members. It increases annually based on inflation and the increase is capped at 5% per annum.
The membership is non-cancellable and non-refundable. If the Member is experiencing any difficulties in payments, MTC will always do its best to accommodate via providing favourable payment options or suggesting alternate products.
RCI is the world’s biggest exchange company and offers over 4300 resort options worldwide to choose from. Likewise, 7Across offers over 2700 resort options to choose from. Beyond the wide choice of resorts/hotels and destinations offered by MTC, the Member can also exchange/swap his weekly entitlement to another resort/hotel on the Exchange Company network by first requesting the MTC MET to deposit a week with RCI/7Across on their behalf.
RCI and 7Across also offer another exciting feature popularly called bonus vacations towards which the member has to pay a flat fee and book it…these bonus vacations are of huge value and what the member pays for 7 nights would be what he would have to pay for 2 to 3 nights had they gone directly to the resort/hotel…save more with MTC!
The Member needs to ensure that the AMC to MTC is upto date and that the membership with the exchange company is active. A fee towards services is payable by the Member direct to RCI / 7Across as per their price lists, all terms and conditions of the services provided being that of RCI and 7Across, alone.
3. For MTC Members – Using the membership
As a policy Members can start availing their vacation entitlements once complete their payments towards the membership and pay the first year annual maintenance charge invoice. As a pandemic special for the membership with occupancy starting in 2021 and 2022, the member can avail his first yearly entitlement upon completing payment of 50% of the membership fees and the first year annual maintenance charge invoice.
As a multi-destination club, MTC has its home resorts in South East Asia and Southern Spain with a truly unlimited choice of quality resorts at any destination worldwide enabled by our B2B contracts with resort & hotel groups, destination management companies and inventory wholesalers worldwide. This fantastic feature ensures a very high satisfaction percentage of Member vacation requests.
An MTC Member can book a minimum stay of 2 nights to the maximum number of nights entitled to.
Members can request a booking from a minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 12 months prior to the check-in date.
Yes! MTC Members have the unique ability to split their weekly entitlements into multiple vacations at different destinations subject to a minimum of 2 night’s stay per destination.
Yes, for both! When you upgrade your accommodation size or season, you will be entitled to a lesser number of nights determine by the points utilisation chart. Alternatively, if you go the other way, you enjoy more nights in a smaller accommodation size or lower season.
Yes, and the cancellation rules come into play as below, with % of booked nights credited back to the Member account for future use:
0-21 days prior to check-in: Nil
42-22 days prior to check-in: 25%
60-43 days prior to check-in: 50%
Greater than 60 days prior to check-in: 100%
If the Member is unable to use the entitlement in that year, the entitlement can be carried forward by informing MET by 30th November of the year, to the next year and used before 31st December of the next year. For e.g. 7 nights for year 2021 are not used in 2021 can be carried forward by informing MET by 30th November 2021 and these 7 nights can be booked any time before 31st December 2022.
The MTC MET (Member Experience Team) department acts a single point of contact for all additional services including flight bookings, airport transfers, excursions and sight-seeing and more.
Certainly as long as its authorised by the Member from their registered email id to MET. A Member can allow a relative or friend to use any of the vacation entitlements via a complimentary gift certificate that the assignee can avail of. The Member will remain responsible for all acts of the assignee.
The Member is also entitled to permanently transfer the membership to another person on their own financial terms and inform MTC of the same. A transfer fee will be charged by Hutchinson Trustees Ltd. for validating the transfer and issuing a new Membership Certificate in the name(s) of the transferee.
4. For MTC Members – Using the membership
The MTC MET (Member Experience Team) is an exclusive concierge facility for the Members acting as a one stop shop for all the vacation needs of the Member: it comprises an experienced concierge team that takes care of vacation bookings, airport transfers, excursions and sight-seeing, cruises, visa assistance and more.
MET will also periodically publish and offer “Member Only” specials, on exclusive deals that offer savings, that can be subscribed to only by the Members
MET is an exclusive service for MTC Members; however upon referral by a MTC member, MET will extend their services to the guest referred.
5. Taxes and Statutory Levies
Any prices quoted, are exclusive of taxes and mandatory levies, including GST etc.
